I am passionate about advocating for Mental Health rights, supporting parents with their LGBTQIA youth, and creating new possibilities for people who feel out of control, lost or afraid.

I have worked as a Family Advocate, Case Manager, Certified Peer Counselor, Small Group Leader, writer and Life Coach for more than 10 years in California, Nevada and Washington State.

Originally from Los Angeles, CA I enjoy spending time with family, animals, reading and spending time enjoying nature.
